Our native English mentors

Your personal motivation is the main driver for language learning. You've probably found that it's not enough just to have someone who speaks English as a teacher—you need more.

We'll create a mentor-mentee student-teacher relationship that will keep you inspired hour after hour, so you can reach new levels. You'll have exclusive native-speaker mentors who will use their personal charisma and empathy to help you stay motivated.

The advantage of learning with a native English-speaking mentor is that you will be exposed to real-life situations, natural pronunciation, and authentic language use. They are a joy to prepare for lessons and a pleasure to talk to in class, as you can develop in an authentic and inspiring environment.

Eric I am from South Africa, mainly a business - professional English teacher. I currently live in Budapest. I love it. I have been in corporate language training for many years, and during that time I have worked in the UK, the Netherlands, South Africa and Hungary. I have a degree from the University of Portsmouth and a teaching qualification from Trinity College London.
Throughout my career, I have worked with finance, IT, energy and manufacturing professionals, helping teams develop the skills that really drive business forward: clear written communication, confident presentations and negotiations, and effective negotiation in an international environment. My approach combines a structured methodology with content drawn from the client's actual working environment - so that progress is measured in the language that participants actually use in their everyday lives, not textbook English.
Outside of work I write fiction, am an avid outdoorsman and play rugby. I would be happy to discuss how a tailored training programme could support your or your team's goals.

Hello! I'm Rebecca - from Scotland, and I'm a real wordsmith! As well as my TEFL teaching qualification and years of experience teaching English, I've also worked for many years as a digital marketer for well-known brands and personalities in the UK and US. My experience in the world of teaching and marketing helps my students to gain practical, real-world knowledge and communicate confidently in English. My greatest joy as a teacher is seeing my students find their own voice and personality in English!

I moved to Budapest more than five years ago - partly because I was adventurous and partly because my husband is Hungarian. It didn't take long for me to fall completely in love with this city and Hungary. In my spare time I love travelling, spending time with friends, pole dancing and aerobatics!

Now, I want to channel that experience into helping you. I’m passionate about films, love diving into literature, and there’s nothing better than engaging in deep conversations over coffee. Whether you're aiming for daily chats, legal jargon, or business lingo, I've got your back. With personal experience as my guide, I'm ready to boost your English confidence. Let’s connect!

My name is Moses, and I was born and raised in the UK. I studied engineering and worked as a sales and training manager for many years. I have been to Hungary many times in 2019 and decided to settle down in this wonderful city of Budapest in 2020. I've been living here for a while now, but there is still so much to explore here in Budapest and in the country. I can't wait to return all the kindness to my students I've received during my stay here, which is why I started teaching English as a mother tongue. I want to help as many people as possible to learn English. My strengths are both colloquial and business English.

My name is Mina, I am a medical student here in Hungary, which I hope to finish soon. I like to think of myself as a citizen of the world, given that I was born and raised in Australia, raised by Persian parents, and have lived in several countries over the years. I ended up teaching English straight after finishing high school, as both the language and the profession are incredibly dear to me. I am a very easy-going and empathetic person. Teaching is a family profession in my family, and English was the first tool that helped me to quickly settle in and find my way in a new environment and community. I hope I can help you achieve your goals if you want to improve your speaking skills and confidence. Not only can I support you in colloquial language, but I can also help you with exam preparation, job interview preparation, presentation preparation, professional vocabulary development or even business language development.

Negin

America

Hi there, this is Negin, your future friend when it comes to language practice. I'm a 25 year old British-American-Persian with health care background and have been living in Budapest for almost 7 years. Due to my international background, I have been raised in America, UK and Iran. English has always been my first language but I did have to learn Persian as a second language even though it was my mother tongue eventually I learnt it fluently by practicing, I guess what I’m trying to tell you is that, I understand how hard learning a language can be and also how much your teacher can affect the love and effort you put into committing. Therefore I am confident that I can help you make learning English fun and easy. The more the practice the easier you’ll talk.

Haya

Jordan

Hello my future student! My name is Haya, I was born and raised in Jordan. I hold a bachelor degree in English literature. Currently, I am pursuing higher education in the same field, luckily, I had the chance to do it here in Hungary. I’ve been happily teaching English learners for 8 years and I’m greatly passionate about my profession. As the youngest person in my family, I am very sociable and a good listener. My mom says that I am very talkative, but that is what makes me a good communicator too. I love helping learners to develop their English skills and I always do my best to let them feel comfortable and free to talk about any topic, so they can practice the language smoothly without barriers. Beside being a teacher, I am a good adventurer and I love travelling a lot, so don't be surprised to find me fully knowledgeable about many cultures. I look forward to meeting you in my classes very soon.
