Eric I am from South Africa, mainly a business - professional English teacher. I currently live in Budapest. I love it. I have been in corporate language training for many years, and during that time I have worked in the UK, the Netherlands, South Africa and Hungary. I have a degree from the University of Portsmouth and a teaching qualification from Trinity College London.
Throughout my career, I have worked with finance, IT, energy and manufacturing professionals, helping teams develop the skills that really drive business forward: clear written communication, confident presentations and negotiations, and effective negotiation in an international environment. My approach combines a structured methodology with content drawn from the client's actual working environment - so that progress is measured in the language that participants actually use in their everyday lives, not textbook English.
Outside of work I write fiction, am an avid outdoorsman and play rugby. I would be happy to discuss how a tailored training programme could support your or your team's goals.

Hello! I'm Rebecca - from Scotland, and I'm a real wordsmith! As well as my TEFL teaching qualification and years of experience teaching English, I've also worked for many years as a digital marketer for well-known brands and personalities in the UK and US. My experience in the world of teaching and marketing helps my students to gain practical, real-world knowledge and communicate confidently in English. My greatest joy as a teacher is seeing my students find their own voice and personality in English!

I moved to Budapest more than five years ago - partly because I was adventurous and partly because my husband is Hungarian. It didn't take long for me to fall completely in love with this city and Hungary. In my spare time I love travelling, spending time with friends, pole dancing and aerobatics!

Hello! I'm Michael and I'm from the UK, England and I'm happy to welcome you here on the Café English website. I've been living in this beautiful city of Budapest for a few years now, after falling in love with the city during a trip. I have a degree in English Language and Literature and Creative Writing, as well as a TEFL teaching qualification. With almost a decade of teaching experience behind me, I have helped my students develop their conversational and business English skills and successfully prepare for the IELTS and Cambridge Advanced exams.
