Frequently asked questions
Is there an express route to progress?
Yes, there are two possible ways to speed up the learning process.
- Intensive Private Lessons: One option is to increase the frequency of your one-to-one sessions. Instead of just one lesson per week, you can attend two, three, or even more. This approach is especially effective when you have limited time to improve your language skills, as it allows for daily progress.
- Combining Learning Formats: The other option is to diversify your learning experience. In addition to private lessons, you can join group classes, speaking practice sessions, and community events. This increases your learning intensity, as the different formats reinforce each other—helping you improve faster.
Both methods are highly effective. The choice depends on your goals and schedule. You can read more about this in the blog article below.

Do you personalize the lessons?
Yes, if you need it, we can personalise it in 100%! Basically, your teacher will follow a theme appropriate to your level to develop your key language skills such as vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking rate and listening comprehension. It also helps you to increase your confidence and encourages you to speak grammatically correct.
If you have a specific idea about how you'd like to structure the lessons, be sure to discuss it with your teacher, especially during the first class. This way, they can take your interests or the specific areas you want to focus on into account and build future lessons accordingly.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes, there is a guarantee! Our native-speaker teachers, our speech-centred approach and the supportive and reinforcing use of different learning styles all contribute to your guaranteed success in language learning.
If you make full use of the options available — such as one-to-one lessons, group classes, speaking practice sessions, and community events — and you come prepared for each session, the immersive, native‑speaker environment our teachers provide will reliably help you advance your skills.
It’s important to note that the school and teachers are only part of the equation. We provide the highest-quality framework and methods, but your ultimate success largely depends on the effort you invest. Preparing for lessons, participating actively, and practicing consistently are essential. Align these factors, and your progress is guaranteed.

What type of English do you teach?
Our language school offers various types of English training, including general, professional, and business English.
- General English: In our general English courses, we focus on everyday vocabulary, expressions, and the cultural context behind them — all essential for relaxed conversations and small talk. At beginner level, students acquire a vocabulary of 1,000–1,500 words; at intermediate level, this expands to 2,000–4,000, while advanced learners may reach 5,000–10,000 words. Lessons emphasize not only vocabulary expansion but also retention, supported by regular review and at‑home practice.
- Professional English: All of our teachers hold university degrees, allowing them to understand and process professional materials provided by students — whether journals, websites, correspondence, or spoken content. Based on these, they create personalized lesson plans that develop vocabulary and skills across fields such as marketing, procurement, HR, and corporate management.
- Business English: The goal of our business English training is to help students use English confidently in different areas of professional life. Our teachers’ academic and business backgrounds enable them to understand and work with student‑provided materials like financial reports, market analyses, presentations, and business correspondence. They design tailored lessons to develop key skills such as negotiation, business presentations, writing formal emails, and client communication. We place particular emphasis on finance, sales, international trade, HR, and project management, ensuring our students can navigate the business world effectively in English.
