When can you start?

Anytime! If you buy your season ticket today, you can start booking classes today and join group classes and individual sessions soon.

Need a level meter?

Yes, before you purchase your pass, let us know if you want to participate and we'll send you a link to a telephone assessment that you'll take with one of our US teachers. This is a short, few minute conversation, after which we will email you and offer you a group date that suits you. If the time is suitable, you only need to purchase a pass and then you can start learning in that group.

When are the group lessons?

Group lessons are on weekday afternoons, 17:00 or 19:00 starting at one o'clock.

What happens if I buy the season ticket in instalments?

If you make a payment by instalments, the system stores your credit card details. Even after the purchase 2 times, After 30, 30 and 60 days, your card will automatically be charged and the hours for the next period will be added to your pass.

What happens if I can't use all my speaking practice sessions in a given month?

Don't worry, your speaking practice sessions will automatically carry over to the next period and you can continue to use them. No lost hours!

What happens if I am absent?

In the case of a normal absence, we cannot make up the missed hours because your season ticket for 12 consecutive sessions valid. If you give advance notice of your absence (for example, for travel), your season ticket will be extended once. 1-2 weeks.

How can I extend my season ticket?

You will receive an automatic notification before the expiry of your season ticket, including the coupon code that entitles you to the discount. You can re-purchase your season ticket on our website and now use the coupon code to get additional 10% you get a discount.
